Under Applications, Service Requests & Permit Change Forms, select “Start New Form”
Select “All Other Forms” from the options presented.
From the list of applications, find “Construction Stormwater - Pollution Prevention Plan Project Profile” and click “Begin Submission” on that application.
Work through the application and upload your plans then finalize your submission.
